Conquering Asthma - Without Medication!

Having lived with asthma for 17 years, I know that it can be a very debilitating disease.

The drug companies don't want you to believe it, but there are perfectly safe and very effective natural treatments for asthma available at your local health food and/or supplement stores. These remedies are fairly inexpensive, and the only reason they're not more commonly known is that the FDA has made it illegal to claim to be able to cure a condition, unless you're a drug company or a doctor.

But the fact is, you can breathe freely and enjoy an active life again. With a little knowledge at your fingertips, you can make a huge difference in your life.

You'll never hear a doctor tell you that prescriptions cannot cure your asthma, but it's true. Prescriptions are designed to target symptoms, not the root causes of diseases. Ultimately, they are just a cover-up.

In the health and fitness industries, there is just too much information out there about what to eat, how to exercise, and what snake-oil will make you beautiful and healthy the fastest. Fortunately, the truth is simple. Let me share it with you.

Stress

Did you know that stress is the most common trigger of asthma attacks? Despite this fact, stress shouldn't be feared -- it should be managed.

You'll find that there are a myriad of causes and symptoms for stress and anxiety.

Stress and anxiety can appear anytime or anywhere and can increase allergy and asthma symptoms. A growing body of research is suggesting that there are many ways to reduce the negative effects of being stressed or suffering from constant anxiety. You can control your stress and anxiety; no matter what it is that is stressing you out!

Food

Hippocrates once said "Let your food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."
An ancient Chinese saying goes "Whatever the father of disease, it's mother is wrong food." These people knew what they were talking about: proper nutrition can cure most of what ails you, and asthma is no exception.
