Learn the Symptoms of Asthma


Asthma is the condition in which the respiratory passage gets blocked risking the process of inhaling and exhaling. Asthma can be highly challenging and some times fatal too. Asthma can trigger without any age barrier.

Early symptoms can be noticed in a person before he/she under goes an asthma attack. Some symptoms can only be felt by the person while others can be noticed by others. The symptoms are unique from person to person.

Coughing is one of the main symptoms of asthma which is observed in most of the asthma patients. The cough might be worse during nights and early mornings which might last for a long time. Some people also develop wheezing prior to an asthma attack. This is very inconvenient and risky. Facing difficulty in breathing is another symptom of asthma which might lead to a shortness of breath.

Panting might also take place at times. There might be frequent head aches and also a feeling of lethargic might over take you. You might also feel a blocked nose with itching in the chin and throat areas. There might be troubles in sleeping too. Some people also feel heaviness or a pain like sensation in the chest area. Due to these inconveniences there might be difficulty in speaking continuously.

These symptoms are the pre warnings that alarm you of developing asthma which directly might lead to an asthma attack. When someone can feel these symptoms existing in them they should immediately meet a doctor and check for asthma. Because, asthma can be well controlled if it is diagnosed pre maturely and the treatment would work better. The treatment for asthma should be done continuously without any drop down in the middle to get a better result.

Be cautious and prevent yourself being one of those people who suffer from asthma.
